URJA has expanded its product portfolio by including other special purpose transformers such as solar converter duty transformer, earthing transformer, furnace transformer, reactor transformer, rectifier transformer, compact substations and dry type transformers like cast resin type (CRT) & vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI). Its modern manufacturing plant with state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing facilities as per IS, IEC & ANSI standards, accredited to ISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 by Moody International for design, manufacture, marketing and after sales service, believing in producing energy efficient transformers. URJA is awarded with 'CE' certification which stands for 'CONFIRMATIVE EUROPEENNE' and conformity to European Standards meeting basic requirements of Safety, Health, Environment and Protection.

Our transformers are manufactured as per Bureau of Indian Standards IS 2026, IS 1180 (Part 1): 2014 Level 2 and Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) 4 Star.

Infrastructure

A new state-of-the-art facility to mass-produce oil immersed/dry type energy efficient transformers has been commissioned in the year 1996 in MIDC Rabale. URJA delivers innovative technologies, solutions, products and services to a wide range of customers in the power transmission and distribution sector. The breadth and depth of its expertise enables URJA to offer sales during the entire product life cycle from design and development to manufacturing, installation and management wherever necessary. URJA's designing unit is well equipped with the latest version of 3D software that enables it to incorporate modern designing concept to design high performance, efficient and reliable transformers which will meet all the specifications of its clients within stipulated time frame.

Successfully type tested various transformers upto 10MVA 33 kV for Measurement of zero-sequence impedance of three-phase transformers, short circuit test, measurement of harmonic of no load current test, measurement of acoustic noise level test, lighting impulse test at CPRI & ERDA and also for temperature rise test at our laboratory.
